The Centre is open Monday to Friday 07.30 - 22.00 and Weekends 08.00 - 17.00. Further InformationFitness StudioOur 45 station fitness studio is the heart of the Sports Centre. This air-conditioned facility has state of the art equipment supplied by Precor, one of the leading fitness equipment manufacturers in the world. With 24 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, a selection of resistance machines, a free weights area, spectacular music and video entertainment the gym really does cater for all. Sports HallThis multi purpose hall has been designed to provide specialist facilities for Netball and Basketball but can also be used for indoor football, badminton (4 courts) and cricket (2 nets). With full changing facilities, a viewing gallery and glass-partitioned wall, the hall can cater for all abilities and standards with ease. Swimming PoolThe centre has a 23 metre, 4 lane swimming pool with separate showers and changing rooms. We offer a combination of casual, lane, family swim and aqua aerobic sessions. We also have adult and over 50's swimming lessons where the groups are kept small and friendly. The swimming pool is open to the public and is also free with all memberships. Astro PitchThis fully floodlit all weather pitch is available for hire throughout the Centre's opening hours. Football and hockey are among the sports that can be played on this pitch.
